The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand harsh chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In case of predefined event thresholds being exceeded, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display shows an Err message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of an electronic unit or measuring element failure, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
