The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensing technology with a modular design to deliver unmatched precision and reliability. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy and performance.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the processed signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter stores measuring unit data and functional parameters within two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust these parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for ultimate versatility.

In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detection of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes the issue, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be communicated as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
