The ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its best. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements offer exceptional resistance to harsh chemical and mechanical environments. Additionally, the transmitter exhibits superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) while providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, analyze, and pinpoint the faulty unit, streamlining the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
This makes the instrument highlyconvenient to manage and helps ensure operational efficiency.
