Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is engineered with a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and boasts a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal then undergoes precise linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy and performance.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, with a superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Models featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters provide direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display, or configure parameters via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error message (Err), analyze the issue, and identify the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be promptly replaced on-site without readjustment.
