The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it can maintain an accuracy of 99.9%, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. It also exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. Upon encountering defined quantity events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, expressing alarms as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring readjustment.
