ZY8000DIntelligent D/P Transmitter
The ZY8000D product ensures high precision pressure measurement for gases,
liquids, and other mediums. It is widely used in the petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.
The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Enclosed in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical conditions effortlessly. Additionally, it features outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000D remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000D includes an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more efficient and convenient.
