The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Furthermore, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. When a fault is detected, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifying the faulty unit for easy maintenance, repair, and replacement, thus simplifying instrument management.
