The ZY8000 is an advanced intelligent transmitter with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, offering significant savings on maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals are then refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored within two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, and conveniently access measurement results, fault information, and operation modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 series has an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined quantity events, the transmitter will enter a fault alert mode, output an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.This makes maintenance and servicing incredibly straightforward.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm can manifest as a warning or fault protection current, and the system can automatically diagnose the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for re-adjustment.
