The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design. This sophisticated device captures sensor signals, amplifies them, and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform these signals into a digital format. Within its microprocessor, it performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts the signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC range, with a superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. For transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using the three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, diagnose faults, and monitor operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, offers 0.1% FS accuracy (highest 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting down on maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Moreover, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. Should a fault occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD automatically displays an error (Err), analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be triggered through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
