The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a masterpiece of advanced engineering. It features a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and converted to digital format through a high-speed dual A/D converter. Within the microprocessor, it undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled measurement accuracy.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The functional parameters and measurement data of the transmitter are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, and alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
