The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. leverages cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and an advanced modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities offer direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The device stores measurement data and functional parameters in two separate EEPROMs, allowing users to make direct parameter adjustments on-site via three adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Additionally, parameter setups can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model incorporates an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Faults are automatically displayed on the LCD as 'Err', identifying the faulty unit for easy maintenance andconvenientresolution.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system conducts automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measurement element suffer damage, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the necessity for readjustment.
