The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor alongside a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal then undergoes precise linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. In the case of transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they deliver direct, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The essential data for the measuring unit and transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operating modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be easily achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 boasts an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' during a fault, analyzing and displaying the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can signify warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
