The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. When predefined thresholds are exceeded, it enters a fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient..
The diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the specific faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
