The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a state-of-the-art modular design. This sophisticated device captures signals from the sensor, amplifies them, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These digital signals are then subjected to precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy and reliability.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, it seamlessly converts into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Measurement data and functional parameters of the transmitter are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site via the three intuitive adjustment buttons, allowing real-time reading of measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing versatile and flexible operation.

The ZY8000 model features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its own status. Should a fault be detected, the transmitter will trigger a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the issue, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance and repair.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated via warning or fault protection currents. This automatic diagnostic system continually assesses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
