The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the capability to achieve a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates pioneering mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a state-of-the-art modular design. The sensor's signal, once amplified, is converted to a digital signal through a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes precise linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unmatched accuracy and performance.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and Fieldbus Foundation (FF) standards output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Measurement data and operational parameters are stored in dual EEPROMs, allowing users to adjust parameters onsite using three adjustment buttons and view measurement data, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter setup can be achieved via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering flexible and efficient control.

The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, expressing alarms as warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for readjustment.
