The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, leading to substantial cost savings in maintenance. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it is engineered to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Moreover, it exhibits superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of defined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement straightforward and
convenient.
