The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. employs state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology coupled with a modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals then undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the signals are converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they output entirely digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters directly on-site through three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault notifications, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that provide real-time monitoring of its operational status. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.and making these processes more convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. Should the electronic unit or measuring element sustain damage, the faulty part can be effortlessly replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.
