The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy, delivering substantial savings on maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This makes it extremely convenient for users,providing a seamless and efficient maintenance experience.
