The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, designed with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular architecture, transforms sensor signals with precision. Using advanced amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, it converts these signals into digital form, followed by meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the converted signals are output as 4mA to 20mA DC, superimposed with HART signals via the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals are directly output. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model includes an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter will enter an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. Our system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
