The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a fundamental accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.and making the entire process more straightforward..
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, signaling alarms via warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
