The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined critical events, it enters a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and signaling the system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and displaying the specific faulty unit. This intuitive design simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement process, ensuring efficient and hassle-free operation.
