The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It boasts a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, adeptly handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifying and displaying the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
