The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. This advanced sensor technology captures signals, which are then amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter. The resulting digital signal is meticulously refined with both linear and temperature corrections via a sophisticated microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication by a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities directly output full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. Measurement unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons. Additionally, they can view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the clear LCD display. Configuration can also be achieved via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, or FF protocols.

The streamlined design ensures that even complex issues can be resolved swiftly and efficiently. The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are communicated through warning or fault protection currents. Our system performs automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software, ensuring optimal performance.
When electronic units or measuring elements are damaged, faulty parts can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment, ensuring minimal downtime and sustained operational efficiency.
