The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts cutting-edge technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. Harnessing the power of a high-speed dual A/D converter, the sensor's signal is amplified and transformed into a digital format. This digital signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data by the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF outputs. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the intuitive 3-button interface and view essential information, such as measurement results, fault alerts, and operation modes, on the vibrant LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for added convenience.

The ZY8000 series includes integrated diagnostic functions and real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
