The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is converted to a digital format via a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then subjected to rigorous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring precise and reliable performance.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. Models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct output of complete digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurements and transmitter parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, allowing users to make real-time adjustments on-site using the three conveniently placed adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides clear readouts of measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. Furthermore, parameter setups can be seamlessly executed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic capabilities that enable real-time monitoring of its own status. In case of predefined alarming events, the transmitter will switch to fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
