The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of engineering, integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor within a state-of-the-art modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies sensor signals and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. It then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections via its microprocessor, ensuring precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the ZY8000 converts signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signals via its D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be accomplished through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unparalleled flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 model incorporates integrated diagnostic functions to continuously monitor its status in real time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, signaling alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit. This design simplifies maintenance, repair, andreplacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presenting as warning or fault protection currents. The system can automatically diagnose the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of electronic unit or measuring element damage, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
