The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This cutting-edge device amplifies the sensor's signal and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal. Following this, the microprocessor performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with the HART protocol, the signal is converted to a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and they can view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering flexibility and ease of use.

When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This significantly enhances ease of maintenance and operational efficiency.
The diagnostic function is also accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicating warnings or fault protection currents. This system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be seamlessly replaced on-site without requiring readjustment.
