The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts an exemplary accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak precision of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD automatically displays 'Err,' analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty component, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
