Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands harsh chemical and mechanical conditions. Additionally, its advanced anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error code, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.making maintenance moreconvenient.
