The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS in optimal conditions. Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads, while its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function with real-time self-monitoring capabilities. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Faults are clearly displayed on the LCD, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustment.
