The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. This outstanding performance is maintained even after ten years of continuous operation, retaining 99.9% accuracy and significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand harsh chemical and mechanical environments. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, engineered by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., incorporates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. This state-of-the-art device captures signals from the sensor, which are then amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter to be transformed into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linearization and temperature correction within a sophisticated microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The critical data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are stored securely in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, and they can view measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the vibrant LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering comprehensive flexibility and control.

In the event of damage to electronic units or measuring elements, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
