The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, meticulously crafted with an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a robust modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes precise amplification and is converted into a digital signal via a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data by the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals, allowing for real-time, accurate data transmission. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, and easily view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the vibrant LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing maximum flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters alert mode, outputs an alert electrical current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and displaying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as either warning or fault protection currents. The system conducts automatic diagnostics on the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the defective part can be replaced directly on-site without the necessity for recalibration.
