The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, integrating advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a sophisticated modular design. This state-of-the-art device amplifies signals from the sensor and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals are then finely tuned for linearity and temperature accuracy within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled performance.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the data is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication through a precise D/A converter. On the other hand, transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct output of comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The critical data of the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters, view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes directly on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons and the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed remotely through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing ultimate flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 series integrates advanced diagnostic functions, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. When predefined fault conditions are met, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display will automatically show 'Err,' analyze the fault, and identify the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance and convenient.
The diagnostic function can be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
