Introducing the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of engineering that adopts state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies signals and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
Equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The functional parameters and measurement data are securely stored in two EEPROMs, allowing effortless adjustments on-site via three intuitive adjustment buttons. Users can easily read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is available through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering maximum flexibility.

Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without recalibration.
