The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter ensures a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy level, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of defined fault events, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error code and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced on site without needing recalibration.
