The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge engineering with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This innovative sensor generates a signal that undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy in measurements.
With HART protocol compatibility, the transmitter seamlessly converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART output using a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and Foundation Fieldbus (FF) transmitters, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are meticulously stored in two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unmatched versatility and convenience.
