The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is engineered with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design. This advanced device amplifies sensor signals, utilizing a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals then undergo precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the digital signals are converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC signals superimposed with HART communication by a D/A converter. For transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals are directly outputted. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored separately in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using the three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Additionally, parameter setup can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Its LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as either warnings or fault protection currents.
