Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands rigorous chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure consistent high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it triggers an alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
This makes the instrument not only highly reliable but alsoextraordinarily convenient.
