The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is engineered with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and boasts a modular design. This innovative device captures signals from the sensor, amplifies them, and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unrivaled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the device delivers fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are separately stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site with three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter delivers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components effortlessly handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of predefined issues, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display shows 'Err', automatically pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. It can automatically diagnose the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for recalibration.
