ZY8000D, the advanced basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, boasts an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an exceptional 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features integrated diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement.
