Additionally, it exhibits outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic capabilities, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows errors and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.convenient.
Diagnostic functions are also accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational state of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
