The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a pinnacle of modern engineering, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design framework. It captures signals with unparalleled precision, amplifying and converting them via a high-speed dual A/D converter. These signals are meticulously transformed into digital data, which is then fine-tuned and temperature-corrected by the microprocessor, ensuring the highest accuracy and reliability.
For the models featuring HART protocol, signals are seamlessly converted into 4mA to 20mA DC, superimposed with HART signals through a sophisticated D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitters deliver direct full-digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals, guaranteeing seamless integration. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, providing robust data integrity. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite via three intuitive adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Parameters can also be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, enhancing versatility and user convenience.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site, eliminating the need for readjustment.
