The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD promptly displays an error message (Err), automatically diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit. This feature streamlines maintenance, making repairs and replacements straightforward and convenient.
