The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signals undergo amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, seamlessly transforming into digital signals. These signals are then finely tuned for linearity and temperature within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the system converts readings into a 4mA - 20mA DC output, superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, gaining immediate access to measurement results, fault information, and operation modes displayed on the LCD. Additionally, parameter setup is facilitated through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that provide real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting faults, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
