The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it demonstrates exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon encountering predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifying and diagnosing the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This function enhances user convenience and efficiency..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on site without the need for reconfiguration.
