The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical challenges. Furthermore, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
