Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive accuracy of 99.9%, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Moreover, it exhibits exceptional resistance to electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. When predefined events occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies the process of maintenance, repair, and replacement. making the entire procedure more convenient.
