ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In case of anomalies, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after exceeding defined event thresholds. Any fault triggers the LCD display to show 'Err', instantly identifying and analyzing the faulty component, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.

Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured pressure is conveyed through remote
transmission devices, which then transmit to the transmitter
through oil-filled capillary. This system can measure liquid levels and differential pressure, making it ideal for high-temperature environments (transmitter needs to be situated away),
high viscosity fluids, easy-to-precipitate crystalline substances, or corrosive mediums. It finds extensive application in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

The product ensures superior stability and the highest accuracy at normal temperatures, achieving up to 0.075%. An explosion-proof shell structure allows it to be used in all weather conditions and ensures compatibility with the HART protocol.
