The ZY8000 Series Intelligent Transmitter is a cutting-edge, high-precision pressure and differential pressure transmitter engineered by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and converted into a digital signal via a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then processed in the microprocessor, where it undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with the HART signal by a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The essential data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Parameters can be conveniently adjusted directly at the measurement site using three adjustment buttons, allowing users to read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter configuration can be done via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. When predefined threshold events are exceeded, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error, identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
