ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined anomalies, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, signaling with alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Should a fault arise, the LCD display promptly shows 'Err', automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.and convenience..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed through warning or fault protection currents. It performs automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without requiring re-adjustment.
